By accessing or using Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of Flow after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You must register for an account to access Flow's features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Flow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes.

You may not use Flow to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others, or transmit harmful or malicious content.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Flow, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the platform.

Flow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inference Labs Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Flow. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide our services.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Flow may be used by us without any obligation to you.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for Flow but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Flow at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance through the platform or email.

Flow is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall Inference Labs Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Flow shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use Flow will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
