Use of AI Terms

Flow incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning features to enhance productivity and automate workflows. These terms govern your use of AI-powered features within Flow.

Flow's AI capabilities include intelligent workflow suggestions, natural language processing for commands, automated data extraction, smart scheduling, and predictive analytics.

AI features are designed to assist and augment your work, not to replace human judgment and decision-making.

By using AI features, you consent to the processing of your data by our AI systems to provide and improve these features.

Your data may be used to train and improve our AI models. You can opt out of model training in your account settings while still using AI features.

We do not use your data to train AI models for other customers. Each organization's data remains isolated.

AI-generated suggestions, predictions, and outputs are provided for informational purposes and should not be solely relied upon for critical business decisions.

While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use.

We continuously work to improve AI accuracy and reduce biases in our models.

You may not use Flow's AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models or algorithms.

You may not use AI features to create deepfakes, misleading content, or to impersonate individuals without consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create using AI features, subject to the underlying intellectual property rights of any materials used as input.

Flow retains ownership of the AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology.

AI-generated outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.

Flow is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs or decisions made based on AI recommendations.

You agree to indemnify Flow against any claims arising from your use of AI features in violation of these terms.

We are continuously developing new AI capabilities. New features will be subject to these terms unless otherwise specified.

We may modify or discontinue AI features with reasonable notice to users.
