Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Flow. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.

Flow offers a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. No payment information is required to start your trial.

You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to upgrade to a paid plan after your trial period ends.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service on monthly plans.

If you experience significant service issues during a billing period, please contact support to discuss potential credits.

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

After 30 days, annual subscriptions may be cancelled but are not eligible for refunds. Your service will continue until the end of the annual term.

In exceptional circumstances, prorated refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Refund terms for Enterprise plans are governed by the individual service agreement signed with your organization.

Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for specific refund terms.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at team@inference.so with your account email and reason for the refund request.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

One-time setup fees, custom development work, and training services are non-refundable.

Add-on purchases and usage-based charges beyond your plan limits are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Your continued use of Flow after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
