- What does flow actually do?We integrate AI into your business. The AI replies to customers on WhatsApp, books appointments, qualifies new enquiries, sends reminders, chases paperwork and invoices, and writes weekly summaries. Your team only steps in on the tricky stuff.
- What is a workflow?One job written down as steps: what starts it, what happens in order, and where a person signs off. Replying to a new enquiry, booking an appointment or chasing an invoice are each a workflow. Plans include 3, 15 or 50+ workflows, and you can add more later.
