- What do we need to give you to start?Access to your WhatsApp number, a walk-through of how a normal day runs, and any rules we should follow, such as prices, hours and who to escalate to. We bring the rest.
- Do we need a developer?No. flow needs no code from your side. We set everything up.
- Do we have to change our software?No. flow sits on top of what you already use, from spreadsheets and calendars to your CRM and accounting software, and talks to it. Your data stays where it lives today.
